Important: Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before creating an account or using any service on the 45ph platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the 45ph platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and 45ph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the 45ph online gaming platform accessible at 45ph.one and all associated services, games, promotions, and features provided thereon ("the Platform").
By completing the 45ph account registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all interactions with the Platform, including but not limited to account management, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and communications with the 45ph support team.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 45ph Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and the Company.

Although the Platform is accessible across the Philippines — including Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and other regions — it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 45ph complies with all laws applicable to your specific location.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 45ph Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update this information promptly if it changes. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details (Philippine mobile number or email address).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify the 45ph support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
45ph is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines to verify the identity of account holders. You agree to provide requested Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a valid government-issued Philippine identification document — upon request and prior to processing your first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
The 45ph Platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100 (₱100). Maximum deposit limits may vary by account tier and payment method.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. The Company does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits from third parties will be refunded to the originating account and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
The Company does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transaction charges, for which the Company bears no responsibility.
All transactions on the 45ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The Company reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to be in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Deposits are made for the purpose of participating in gaming activities on the 45ph Platform and do not constitute savings, investment, or any form of financial instrument. The Company does not pay interest on account balances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment account registered to your 45ph profile. The Company does not process withdrawals to accounts held in third-party names under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
The Company targets withdrawal processing within one (1) hour for standard GCash and Maya withdrawals during normal operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay) may vary. Gold VIP and Diamond VIP members are subject to enhanced processing SLAs as specified in their VIP program terms. These timeframes are targets and not contractual guarantees — actual processing time may be affected by factors outside the Company's control, including payment provider system availability.
From time to time, 45ph offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

The Company reserves the right to reclaim any bonus, free bet, or related winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.
All games available on the 45ph Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the specific game rules expressly override a specific provision.
45ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games, and live dealer games are conducted by human croupiers in studio environments under real-time surveillance. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game system. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes post-result.
In the event of a software malfunction, network interruption, or technical error during gameplay, the Company reserves the right to void affected rounds. Wagers placed on voided rounds will be returned to the Player's account balance. The Company is not liable for any losses claimed to be caused by technical issues outside its reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed within the game interface prior to placing any bet.

Upon account closure, any verified and withdrawable balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player's registered payment account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the satisfaction of all applicable verification requirements.

All content on the 45ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, logos, graphics, text, user interface design, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, the Company's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the 45ph Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from: internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or telecommunications outages not within the Company's control; incorrect information provided by the Player; the Player's failure to follow game rules or Platform instructions; or actions of any third party, including payment service providers such as GCash or Maya.
The Company collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with the 45ph Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the 45ph Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. The Company and the Player agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith direct negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on the 45ph Platform with the effective date clearly indicated. For material changes, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered account holders or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the 45ph Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
